Junk Food Weekend! I feel so bad. I had a whole pizza last night :( And some chocolate.. and cracker.. and what not. :( :(

So I got up at 9 and had my breakfast at 11. I had some oatmeal with a mashed banana. Calories: ca. 250. My coach was looking at me like I’m a fat pig. I just wanted to put the food away. “So what are you eating?” “Oatmeal.” “Oh…”
GREAT! No one has faith in me.

“You seem to lose weight…”
Ok, first of all I had some pasta w/ chicken yesterday for dinner (300).
Today, I started (well, like 2 hours after getting up) with 2 pieces of bread w/ avocado creme (150), 5 baby carrots and 2 cups of salad w/ some corn and fat free ranch.
Planning on having either an apple or the rest of the pasta for dinner. I hope it’ll be the apple, lol.

Today my… what can I call him… uhm… once-in-a-while-boytoy apparently noticed that I dropped some weight. Yay! And then we…. ;)
